The Vanguard Condominiums

The Vanguard is a mixed-use 25-storey building with a total of 213 residential suites as well as 12,000 sq. ft. of retail space fronting onto Yonge Street with office suites located on the second floor and condominium suites situated on the 3rd floor onwards.

This new residential development project is being built to LEED Gold standards, with high quality materials including marble, natural limestone and locally sourced wood.
