Project Update, Garden District Condos: Second Ground Floor Pour

Garden District Condos is a remarkable 32-storey, 234-suite modern contemporary residential building.

Located at 79-85 Shuter Street in Toronto, Ontario, this project will consist of three elements: a heritage preservation base, a mid-rise podium and a glass cantilever tower that will allow natural light to fill the interiors.

Construction on Garden District Condos is expected to be completed in the Summer of 2023.
