Project Update, Halo Residences: Building Envelope Start

Halo Residences is a 39-storey mixed-use project that will contain a total of 451 diversified units.

Located in the Church-Yonge Corridor neighbourhood in Toronto, Ontario, in addition to creating the podium, this development also features the restoration of a heritage firehouse clock tower that was built in 1872.

Developed by QuadReal Property Group and designed by architectsAlliance, we are excited to announce that the building envelope has started! The windows up to level 5 are complete; the level 12 and 13 slab and verticals will be completed by the end of the week. In addition, the clock tower is currently being prepared for work; the scaffolding system has been installed along with debris netting.

Construction on Halo Residences is expected to be completed in the Summer of 2023.
