The Code Condos

The project involves the construction of a nine-storey building consisting of condos and townhomes in the heart of the Forest Hill neighbourhood. The boutique residence features 108 condo suites and 10 townhomes. The project also includes a mechanical penthouse and two levels of underground parking. Unit Features: 9’ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glazing/window systems, designer-selected engineered flooring in entry, corridor, kitchen, custom designed solid core entry door with security view-hole.
