Project Update, M2M Condos: Last Ground Floor Pour

M2M Condos is a master-planned development consisting of five glass towers and an exclusive collection of townhomes.
Located at 5799 Yonge Street in North York, Ontario, Phase 1 of the project will consist of two buildings rising from a shared eight-storey podium – at 34 and 36 storeys respectively – featuring both retail and commercial space.
There will be a mixture of 1-bed, 2-bed & 3-bed units in the first phase; in addition, there will be four levels of underground parking that will house 877 parking spots.
