SKYGRiD Secures New Project: Verge Condos by RioCan

SKYGRiD is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the contract for Verge Condos – a mixed-use condominium development by RioCan, located at Islington & The Queensway in Toronto, ON.
Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, this project will feature two separate structures. Both will have two residential towers and will rise from a shared podium; the first building’s towers are set to be 17 and 10-storeys (total of 342 units) and the second building’s towers are set to be 10 and 9-storeys (total of 203 units).
Construction on Verge Condos is set to start in Q2 of 2021.
