2444 Yonge St.

Project Summary

The Yonge & Roselawn project, located in Toronto’s Yonge-Eglinton neighborhood, is a mixed-use development featuring two purpose-built rental residential towers of 27 and 23-storeys, sharing a nine-storey podium with ground-floor commercial space and residential units above, as well as six blocks of three-storey townhouses. A key highlight of the project is its geothermal heating and cooling system, enhancing sustainability and operational efficiency. The development aims to achieve Tier 2, Version 3 of the Toronto Green Standard and LEED Gold accreditation. Additionally, it includes two designated heritage properties, 2430 and 2434 Yonge Street, which will be seamlessly integrated into the base podium design under the oversight of SKYGRiD. Complementing the towers and podium, a new public park of over 13,000 square feet will be created along Roselawn Avenue, with ownership of the land transferring to the city upon completion.
