Project Update, Artform Condos: First Crane Erection

Artform Condos is a 17-storey, mixed-use residential development with retail at grade level and a total of 336 units (from the 3rd to 17th floor).

Located at 86-90 Dundas Street East in Mississauga, Ontario, this building will have four levels of underground parking (providing 357 parking spaces for the units and the commercial space) in addition to 277 bicycle parking spots.

Developed by EMBLEM Developments and designed by Studio JCI, we are excited to announce that the first crane has been erected!

Installation of the second crane is scheduled for November 3, 2021. Furthermore, window wall shop drawings are in review, and a 50% Slab on Grade Pour is expected for December 1, 2021.
