17175 Yonge Street is a proposed 11-storey mixed-use market-rate rental, affordable rental & retail building designed by WZMH Architects for the Trinity Coptic Foundation on the east side of Yonge Street, north of Eagle Street and south of Gladman Avenue in Central Newmarket.

The project consists of a residential tower with 11 storey’s above grade and 2 level of below grade with 208 rental units.
