Executive Changes Made to Sustain Growth and Foster Client Relations
Toronto, ON., March 2023— SKYGRiD is pleased to announce the promotions of Faisal Gaya, Chad MacWilliam, Adam Marciniak, Cory Raymond, and Scott Yake to Project Executive, effective immediately, they will lead and support SKYGRiD’s presence and continued expansion across Canada.
“The Project Executive role is a uniquely demanding one,” says President of SKYGRiD, Fernando Tito. “The position requires a refined and focused attention to detail at every phase, from the development of project strategy to resource management, and from construction to the cultivation of client relationships.”
SKYGRiD’s Project Executives will act as the executive liaison to their portfolio, lending their construction expertise and knowledge from preconstruction and design-assist services, through to closeout and turnover. Their primary focus will be to ensure overall client satisfaction while establishing dependable, loyal, and long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and subcontractors alike. They will maintain executive oversight and responsibility for the overall performance of the project.

MacWilliam’s leadership and collaborative approach make him an invaluable player in SKYGRiD’s operational oversight and client management. Marciniak’s approach to project management and procedures is second to none in the industry and a standard for every SKYGRiD project lifecycle. Raymond is a skilled expert in construction models, procurement, funding, and processes. Yake is a collaborative constructor, focusing on mentoring teams while leading SKYGRiD’s operational excellence and client relationships.
