Hyatt Place & Residences is a luxurious residential/hotel project at the centre of a rapidly transforming intersection.
Located at 203 Jarvis Street in Toronto, Ontario, this 32-storey tower will contain 240 hotel suites and 179 rental units. The luxury hotel suites occupy the lower-to-mid floors, with rental units occupying the top portion of the tower, giving residents a stunning view of the downtown skyline.
